Tala's Distant Treasures is located in Northern Kentucky at the Crestview Town Center. We sell handmade handicrafts, handmade handcarved furniture, wood carving, personal care products from the Dead Sea, jewelry, handbags belly dancing accessories and alot more lines of handicraft well priced from around the world. We purchase our products from individual artisans, wholesalers and buying agents. The countries which we currently are targeting are Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Thailand, The Far East, and many Middle Eastern Countries.
Eradicating Poverty one Bead at a time!!!!
These bead jewelry help eradicates extreme poverty by creating bridges of understanding between impoverished Africans and concerned world citizens. Ugandan women turn colorful recycled paper into beautiful bead jewelry, and people who care open their hearts, homes and communities to buy and sell the beads.
The beads become income, food, medicine, school fees and hope. It is a small miracle that connects and enriches everybody in the Bead Circle.
All net profits from the jewelry are invested in community development
projects that help people work their way out of poverty.
